On 13th December, 2014 CRECC annual conference – the 11th Elite Science and Technology Awarding Ceremony was held in Beijing. Nie Meisheng, funder of CRECC, Zhang Li, President of CRECC, Ren Zhiqiang, Executive President of CRECC, and several famous Chinese entrepreneurs and developers such as Feng Lun, Di Jianming, Shan Weibao attended.
“Elite Award”is the first national science and technology award in China’s residential and urban development area, administrated and guided by the National Science and Technology Awarding Office which is also responsible for the national highest science and technology award. Elite Award focus on awarding enterprises and projects which significantly improve residential quality of Chinese, as well as stimulate the residential scientific innovation. Elite Award is the only officially authorized national award in this area.
The US Real Estate Investment Fund established by Beijing Shine Asset and Minsheng Bank won the Best Financial Innovative Practice Award.
Elite International Investment Fund managed by Shine Asset has successfully invested 11 projects in the US since 2013, and became an important window for the Chinese capital to invest overseas.
“The US Real Estate Investment Fund” is qualified to the Award by the following 4 criteria:
1. Innovative Investment: Attracting institutional investors, and becoming the first collected asset management plan targeting on the US real estate.
2. Optimized Structure: Design of structured investors’ seniority, by “leveraging effect”, enlarging the fund size and attract different investors.
3. Advanced Philosophy: Successfully eliminating the “Rigid Redemption” and “Over-Relying to Guarantee” issues.
4. Meaningful Practice: Based on the opening of oversea investment gate in free trade zone, setting up the fund to invest out, which optimized investors’ asset allocation, and improved the investment quality.
By the four points above, the fund won the golden award from the other 396 competitors. Zeng Long, the Executive Director of Shine Asset receive the award on behalf of the team.
