Sept 26th, 2016, Elite International Investment Fund was co-founded by Shine Asset. The 2016 Elite International Investment Fund Investor Conference was held at the Ritz Carlton of Beijing. Among all attendees of the conference were Maddam Meisheng Nie, founder of CRECC and Key Person of Elite Fund; Mr. Qinglong Kong, President of Minsheng Private Bank; Ms. Weiming Pan, Vice President of Minsheng Private Bank, and more than 100 investors of the Elite Fund, including 30 real estate development firms, investment funds, and financial institutions.
Elite Fund invited Mr. Joseph Keogh, CEO of Wood Partners, the third largest residential developer in the United States; Mr. Patrick Trask, President of Mill Creek Residential; Mr. Charles R. Brindell, JR, Chairman of Mill Creek Residential; Mr. Alan Kolar, Executive Director of Mill Creek Residential attended the conference.
