On Oct 19, 2016, China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce held its Fourth Member Conference and The 13thElite Reward Ceremony in Beijing. During the ceremony, Shine Asset’s “Beijing Yintai Center Asset Backed Wealth Management Plan” was rewarded the “The 13thElite Science and Technology Reward for Financial Innovation”.

 

CRECC was originally named the National Industrial and Commerce Real Estate Chamber of Commerce. CRECC is a direct sub-entity under Chinese National Industrial and Commercial Chamber of Commerce, one of the most influential organizations in China. This conference held by the CRECC drew much attention from the real estate industry. It was attended by renowned economists, real estate professionals, industry leaders, and developers. The conference was attended by over a thousand people.

 

The Elite Science and Technology Reward is sponsored by the National Technology Bureau and the National Science and Technology Reward Awarding Office, and is aimed to encourage the society to participate in dedicating effort to improve human habitation. This award represents the highest honor of contribution to China’s living standard and urban development.

        

The “Beijing Yintai Center Asset Backed Wealth Management Plan” was issued on Aug. 19, 2016, and it was the first and largest asset backed security product issued in the market.
