ESG Practices
Research | APEC and G20 Green Finance Special Research Project
Initiated by APSEC (APEC Sustainable Energy Centre), the "High-Level Forum on Sustainable Energy Development in the Asia-Pacific" brought together experts from China and abroad in energy, construction, finance, and related fields to discuss topics such as "Green Finance: Innovation of APEC Regional Green Financing Mechanisms" and "Renewable Energy Supply: Renewable Energy Solutions for Green Buildings." The company's Lvmin Investment Fund, representing the Chinese member of the green building consortium, was awarded funding for a special research project.

China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group's subsidiary, China Energy Conservation Green Carbon (Beijing) Investment Development Co., Ltd., signed an agreement with Fangxing Real Estate (00817.HK, now China Jinmao). The former will purchase 1000 tons of carbon emission allowances from Sinochem Jinmao Property Management Company, a subsidiary of Fangxing Real Estate.

This alliance brings together diverse partners to achieve complementary advantages, shared resources, and coordinated growth. Based on market demands and investment requirements, the alliance plans to establish an Industrial Upgrade and Implementation Fund with a target size of 200 billion yuan.
