In 2013, under the guidance of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce (CRECC), Shine Asset jointly launched the Elite International Real Estate Investment Fund with leading domestic and foreign developers, financial institutions and industrial partners, focusing on investing in high-quality long-term rental apartment development projects in key US cities. As of the end of 2020, the fund has completed investment in 11 real estate projects, with an asset management scale of more than USD 1.5 billion, covering 8 key cities in the United States. It is one of the mainstream overseas funds for China to invest in the US apartment development.
